As a Content Creator, you will bring our brand to life in engaging and fun ways that resonate with our audiences.

We're looking for a proactive and agile individual with real drive to deliver high-quality content quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling copy that showcases the Nando's tone of voice across multiple channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative marketing materials, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Write audience-appropriate content for various platforms, including social media, EDMs, website, TVCs, out-of-home, radio, and other collateral.
  • Proofread and edit existing materials to ensure they align with our brand guidelines.
  • Generate and translate ideas for new and existing content types, actively seeking opportunities to better connect with our audiences.
  • Create clear and concise internal communications that reflect our values and visual identity.
  • Design and implement communication protocols and policies to support our team's needs.

What We Need From You:

  • A results-driven and creative thinker with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, preferably with a relevant degree qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content, leveraging strong end-to-end communications skills and a fun tone of voice.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of writing effective briefs and collaborating with external agencies.
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels within the organisation.
