Administration Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, coordinating appointments, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely. They will also assist assessors by preparing and sending client letters, scheduling client appointments and meetings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting admin tasks during referral and assessment process
  • Liaising with staff on referral acceptance and allocation
  • Assisting assessors by preparing and sending client letters

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Admin experience in a fast-paced human services role
  • Aged care or assessment exposure preferred (minimum 3 months)
  • Skilled in managing tasks and keeping detail in check
  • Confident using client information systems
  • Strong communication skills with older people and families
