Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our communities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
- Possession of tertiary qualifications in administration/management or a clinical discipline is essential.
- Prior experience in health service leadership is also essential.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 12/21 and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
