  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; facilitate effective communication to promote change adoption and foster relationships.">
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams managing resources effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing medium-scale healthcare projects, preferably at PRMG Level 6.">
  • Ability to develop and manage stakeholder groups, facilitate business change decisions, and plan implementation.">
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, preferably PRINCE2, and ability to advise on techniques and tools.">
  • Effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills in complex environments.">
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams, with a focus on change management.">
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
