Job Description

Moss Vale, NSW is a great place to live and work. We're looking for a Portal Support Officer to join our team.

This role involves providing administrative support to the Development Assessment and Regulation team. You'll be the first point of contact for managing development applications via the NSW Planning Portal.

As a Portal Support Officer, you'll check and process documentation promptly and accurately, while guiding applicants through the process with a friendly and customer-focused approach.

You'll also provide timely and efficient customer service and administrative support to the team to facilitate smooth business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or other relevant discipline and/or extensive experience working in an administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate experience in word, excel, outlook, and powerpoint.
  • Experience in using electronic document record keeping systems.
  • High level interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills including attention to detail and prioritisation.
