Centre Management Role Overview

This is a senior Centre Manager position that oversees the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 9 neighbourhood centres, spanning across a combined area of circa 43,000 square meters and hosting 147 tenants.

The role involves collaborating with various teams, including Engineering Operations Services & Finance, to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring staff and contractors work in efficient environments, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety requirements and proper IT systems.
  • Preparing documentation as required by leasing policies.
  • Collecting rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levies, tenant electricity, and other recoverable items by specified due dates.
  • Maintaining constant awareness of arrears and taking aggressive action to reduce them. Providing regular reporting to clients and colleagues on these matters.
  • Preparing and implementing business plans, income and expenditure budgets, and additional client reports as per established timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in centre management, retail lease compliance, debt management, marketing strategy, event execution, and stakeholder management. A good understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting is also essential.
