Key Programs Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the timely delivery of key programs and ensure optimal performance at our Mornington Depot. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working alongside senior leaders to foster team growth, build strong relationships, and drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel to ensure only qualified staff carry out required tasks.
  • Oversee the ongoing performance management of the Overhead Distribution team and address performance issues promptly.
  • Provide guidance for safe and timely delivery of connections and appointment work in line with Client expectations and legislative requirements.
  • Consult with counterparts to ensure resourcing ability enables the delivery of the entire works program.
  • Capture and report relevant data from the field.
  • Manage and motivate direct and indirect reports to deliver work to specified scope, time frame, allocated budget, and quality.
  • Ensure resource capability, skill sets, and volume service forecasted work safely and efficiently.
  • Manage internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers using processes and procedures.
  • Program delivery efficiently to meet or exceed Zinfra and customer requirements.

About You

  • You must be able to drive a safety culture and implement improved safety processes.
  • You need to understand Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements.
  • You should possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • You will be effective in cost centre management within approved budget guidelines.
  • You have demonstrated competency in utilizing resources and matching workforce capability and capacity for issued work.
  • You have experience in planning or strategy.
  • You have proven experience managing field teams.
