Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail arm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, collaborating closely with our Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coaching effective selling and customer service skills to our team members.

About You

This role is ideal for individuals who have a background in retail and healthcare industries, with a passion for leadership and customer service. While optical industry experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organised, able to think on their feet, and make good decisions that support the growth of our business. Other requirements include:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a senior retail management position.
  • Proven ability to work with budgets and schedule staff in compliance with local labour laws.
  • Availability to work Tuesdays to Saturdays is preferred.
