Job Overview

This role is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging position as a Governance, Risk and Assurance Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Board and Board Committees administration.

The primary objectives of this position include:

  • Providing expert guidance to staff to enhance their risk management capabilities through targeted training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework, including governance structure, processes, policies, roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to cultivate a risk-aware culture where proactive thinking is integrated into all business decisions.
  • Ensuring operational risks are accurately documented in a centralized risk register.
  • Contributing to reviewing and updating existing risks with business stakeholders.
  • Assisting in coordinating Board and Committee meetings and liaising with Executives, Chairs and the Chief Executive Officer to determine clear agendas and timetables.
  • Facilitating the efficient operation of the Board and Committee, preparing agendas, action lists and minutes, and drafting and distributing Board and Committee papers.

About You

Applicants should possess excellent organizational and time management skills to succeed in this fast-paced and varied role with multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required, with relevant business and/or governance qualifications being highly desirable.
