Customer Service Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Australian team and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a customer-facing team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through improved processes and operations.

About the Role
  • Lead and inspire a customer service team to achieve excellent service standards and meet performance targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, upskill, and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create a first-contact resolution culture to minimize follow-ups and improve customer experience.
  • Oversee payments and collections processes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Capture and analyze customer insights to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing a customer-facing team and achieving excellent service standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Aptitude and passion for learning new software and technologies.
  • Experience with call center software and helpdesk ticketing is highly regarded.
