Early Childhood Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood professional to join our team as a Lead Educator.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Diploma qualified educator to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development principles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of center policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma qualification in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
