We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion Specialist to provide essential support and care to our clients in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality support services to clients with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being is met.
  2. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal grooming, mobility, and household tasks.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes, medication administration, and any incidents or concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Police Check
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • NDIS Screening Check (preferred)
