The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our esteemed Risk & Compliance division as a Senior Compliance Advisor. This role is integral to our ongoing commitment to uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity within our organization.

As a Senior Compliance Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the broader Risk & Compliance leadership team to conduct thorough assessments related to potential conflicts and compliance matters. Your focus will be on ensuring that our firm adheres to its obligations regarding conflicts of interest and compliance across various jurisdictions.

Your contributions will be vital in aligning our global Risk & Compliance initiatives with the firm's overarching strategic objectives.

About You:

To excel in this position, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Proven experience in professional services, preferably within a legal environment. A legal qualification from the UK or overseas (or at least a minimum of LPC) is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and possess a strong business acumen; capable of articulating arguments clearly to senior stakeholders and management, with excellent negotiation skills. A genuine interest in understanding business operations and a capacity for lateral and analytical thinking; familiarity with diverse legal practices and high-profile commercial transactions is beneficial. A high degree of discretion and professionalism, given the sensitive nature of the information handled. Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across all levels of the organization. A collaborative spirit: willing to assist colleagues in resolving issues diplomatically and lead by example. A commitment to fostering global connections and supporting the team as a unified function. The ability to make independent decisions while recognizing when to escalate issues appropriately. Adaptability to new challenges, processes, and technologies.
