ABOUT THE JOB

We have exciting opportunities for some passionate and creative individuals to join our Visual Merchandising teams at the Cotton On Group. If you have had experience in a Visual Merchandising related role (Coordinator, Specialist or Manager), then you've come to the right place If you want to be part of the creative process to deliver amazing execution of visual stories for brands you know and love, you should pop your application in today. ABOUT YOU

  • Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Visual Merchandising, Fashion
  • Experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role i.e. Support Centre VM, Space Planner role etc
  • Proven experience in a Management role, where you have successfully led and developed a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit
  • Experience controlling budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
