We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in Cronulla, Sydney. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.

About the Role:

  • As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings, and driving sales growth.
  • You will lead a team of 25+ staff members, managing their performance, development, and well-being.
  • Key responsibilities include managing financials, operational planning, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and experience in QSR or casual dining management.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced QSR or casual dining environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • Familiarity with rostering, inventory management, and financial reporting systems.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
