Business Intelligence and Data Insights Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Data Insights Lead to join our team at RACGP. As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Insights (BII) function, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering effective change, communication, and training to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of data analysts and engineers in the development and implementation of data solutions using cloud data warehouses and data engineering activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and risk management strategies.
- Provide timely reports on project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and drive high performance across multiple projects.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of RACGP's cloud data warehouse and Azure Data Factory pipelines.
- Relevant tertiary qualification coupled with relevant experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud data warehouses and data engineering activities.
- Certification in project management, including agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in managing the development and implementation of data solutions using tools like Power BI, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, etc.
- 14% superannuation.
