About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that plays a critical role in shaping economic and pricing policy and monitoring market performance.
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable data, statistical, and mathematical models.
- Developing and executing data collection and presentation strategies.
- Delivering regular and ad hoc reports and insights to support policy development and decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining pricing and market performance dashboards.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and work priorities.
- Participating in data forums and contributing to ongoing data transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong quantitative mindset with the ability to handle and analyse large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software packages such as R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesise and coordinate complex information.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics).
Requirements:
- Quantitative analysis skills with experience in statistical software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
