About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key part in delivering exceptional client services.

  • Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
  • Handling inbound enquiries from clients
  • Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
  • Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA
  • Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients' accounts
  • Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers
  • Familiarity with superannuation, insurance and investment advice/platforms
  • Xplan experience
  • Experience implementing financial advice recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry

Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 + Super.
