Financial Planning Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Associate.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong passion for finance, are eager to learn, and committed to developing a successful career in financial planning.

The associate will work under the guidance of a senior adviser, performing tasks that include liaising with clients and prospects, supporting the adviser with preparation for review and advice meetings, attendance in client meetings, and developing skills on the path to becoming a financial planner.

  • Prospecting and supporting senior adviser in vetting new leads and booking initial appointments.
  • Supporting the development and presentation of comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Facilitating the advice process between adviser, paraplanning, and customer service teams.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client information in our database.

About You:

  • Completed or currently pursuing a relevant tertiary qualification and be RG146 compliant.
  • Able to work independently but also as part of a team environment.
  • Presentation is key; excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and working directly with clients.
