About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to support our clients' daily living needs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting social engagement and happiness among our clients.
  • Implement health and wellbeing initiatives to support our clients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Assist clients with community activities, such as grocery shopping and medical appointments.
  • Transport clients as required, ensuring their safe and comfortable travel.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing, providing ongoing support and care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
  • Current driver's license and a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, and patient manner.
  • Ability to exercise empathy, compassion, and respect when working with clients.
