About the role

Refresh Physiotherapy is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our growing private practice in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated and supportive team, providing exceptional physiotherapy care to our diverse client base. Refresh Physiotherapy also supports our physiotherapists with a comprehensive mentoring and professional development program to help you grow as a professional.

What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly assessing patients' with hour long appointments to develop and implement personalised treatment plans to aid recovery and improve overall health and wellbeing
  2. Treating patients with a high level of patient-centred care
  3. Collaborating with other physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to patient care
  4. Developing yourself as a physiotherapist and team member through structured mentroing and professional-development programs
  5. Actively participating in the continued growth and development of the practice

What we're looking for

  1. Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration
  2. Any level of experience including new-graduates
  3. Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and hands-on treatment skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centred approach
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually improve clinical practice
  6. A passion for promoting health, wellbeing, and an active lifestyle
