Ecommerce Visual Content Specialist

Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for e-commerce content?
About the Role:We are seeking a senior ecommerce stylist and director to lead our styling and shoot process from preparation to execution and post-shoot feedback.
- Style and direct all e-commerce, campaign, and social content (model, flat lay, ghost mannequin)
- Oversee the entire styling and shoot process, ensuring commercial strength and consistency across all outputs
- Manage shoot logistics, including prep and coordination, set setup, shot lists, and timelines
- Lead shoot day execution and image selection, working closely with external talent and internal teams
- Provide feedback on retouching and editing to align with brand standards
- Maintain a well-organized studio environment, ready to scale as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or fashion studio environment, preferably with shoot ownership
- Strong styling ability and confidence leading model and product shoots
- Hands-on understanding of what drives e-commerce imagery conversion, especially for PDPs
- Attention to detail and calm under pressure, managing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with content, digital, and marketing leads
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
