This is a dynamic and fast-paced Ecommerce role where content output directly impacts sales.

Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across various platforms, working closely with the digital and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading shoot days, managing logistics, and coordinating with external talent and internal teams
  • Directing all Ecommerce, campaign, and social content to meet brand and conversion standards
  • Ensuring product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines are managed efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Ecommerce or fashion studio environment
  • Strong styling ability and confidence leading model and product shoots
  • Hands-on understanding of what makes Ecommerce imagery convert, especially for PDPs
  • Detail-focused across everything from styling consistency to lighting and file naming
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable managing deadlines, schedules, and shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with content, digital, and marketing leads
