Lead Employment Services Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of employment services that support individuals with mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will be based at our Wyong office and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of inclusive employment in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employment services that meet the needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of employment consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Establish strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
