Lead and Inspire Employment Services Team

Job Description

As a highly experienced Inclusive Employment Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of employment consultants to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. Your expertise in the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model will enable you to drive innovation and quality, while delivering lasting outcomes for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families.

  • Develop and implement service strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering employment services.
  • Strong understanding of the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
