Senior AI Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, customer experience (CX), and digital transformation projects.

This senior role involves assisting senior BI developers in delivering end-to-end data projects and reports. It also requires providing BAU support for existing BI reports and data models, engaging with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and maintaining documentation using reproducible and maintainable approaches.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics working with customer and commercial data.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop actionable insights from complex data sets. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. They will also have experience working with Power BI and SQL, and be able to develop advanced reports and scripts.
