We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide critical administrative support to our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including probity checks and managing candidate communications.
  • Ensure compliance within the HRIS system and accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding.
  • Liaise with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Support the team in implementing recruitment strategies that align with Anglicare's Christian ethos and values.

About You:

  • Strong administration and data processing skills.
  • Recruitment or HR experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work professionally and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
