We are seeking a talented and experienced EA/Admin Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to the COO and Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for the COO and Head of HR, ensuring smooth office management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with key stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
