Senior Horticulture Manager

Responsible for overseeing the execution of day-to-day operations in tree planting and maintenance services across multiple contracts in Metropolitan Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing large-scale projects across multiple sites, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the industry.
  • Reporting to a senior manager, overseeing regional delivery managers, and ensuring service delivery targets are met.
  • Directing outcomes through effective management, supported by the people and culture team, and liaising with stakeholders to understand tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.
  • Identifying scheduling risks and supply chain issues, developing plans to minimize their occurrence, and providing recommendations for relevant programs.
Requirements:
  • Strong industry experience in a management role, preferably in horticulture or a related field.
  • The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability for personal delivery of work.
