Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our clients. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and educating customers on how to maximize their benefits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-call resolution for inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Help customers discover additional products and services.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate as necessary.
  • Guide customers through using the self-service portal and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Handle account changes and basic finance-related inquiries.
