Job Opportunity: Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

As a Registered Nurse at our institution, you will provide exceptional care to patients in a medical surgical unit. You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Document medical necessity in the medical record in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient
  • Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in their state or from a compact state. Additional requirements include:

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • AHA ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
  • One year of experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
