Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an assurance and advisory expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape the future of our clients with confidence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives. You will work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to provide expert advice and guidance on business process and IT general controls.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage projects focused on providing assurance and/or advisory services around risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives.

  2. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective business and risk assurance strategies.

  3. Provide assurance and/or advisory on ESG compliance and/or SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements.

  4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.

  5. Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to risk management and compliance.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.

  • One or more of the following or equivalent +3 years of experience in providing assurance or advisory over risk and controls (business process and/or IT general controls), program and project risk management services, regulatory compliance (e.g., privacy, Soc I Act, ESG, SOX, spam act), controls transformation.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CIA, CPA, CISA, PMP or other relevant certifications) are a plus.
