Job Title: Field Support Engineer

About the Role:

The role of Field Support Engineer is a critical position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft and support equipment.

As a Field Support Engineer, you will be working closely with our technical teams to identify and resolve issues, and provide expert advice to our customers.

You will have extensive experience in Defence aviation, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and reporting metrics.

In this role, you will be supported by a highly successful team spanning across the United States and Australia, with leaders from across both countries providing guidance and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert technical advice and support to our customers;
  • Working collaboratively with our technical teams to identify and resolve issues;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our customers and stakeholders;
  • Ensuring the availability of aircraft and related support equipment.
