We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team at the Airborne Surveillance Control and Intelligence Systems Program Office (ASCISPO) located at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.

ASCISPO is responsible for performing sustainment and major capability upgrades for the Royal Australian Air Force's fleet of E-7A Wedgetail and MC-55A Peregrine systems. We are currently undertaking Project AIR5077 Phase 6, which involves mid-life upgrades to the E-7A Wedgetail fleet covering radar, communications, and air safety systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management and supervision of all project scheduling activities. They will provide expert advice and assistance to stakeholders, use their initiative and experience to analyze, plan, review, and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize and deliver task outputs in a timely manner. You will also have well-developed interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and confidently both orally and in writing.
