Future Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care professional to manage our aged care operations and mentor staff in documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations, ensuring compliance with funding models and best practices
  • Mentor staff on documentation requirements, promoting excellence in care delivery
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model

Requirements:

  • AHPRA (RN) registration
  • 2 years recent experience as an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Sound computer skills and proficiency using clinical documentation systems
