Clinical Education Specialist - Pharmacy

At Smith+Nephew, we're committed to empowering people to accept limitless possibilities. As a Clinical Education Specialist - Pharmacy, you'll play a crucial role in providing clinical support and training activities for our products and services in the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to customers on AWM organisation products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support S&N AWM in the territory on a range of products as needed.
  • Handle the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
  • Ensure operating efficiencies, including assistance with the management of S&N devices within accounts.
  • Support the maintenance/development of customer profiles/preferences.
  • Provide support to the sales teams with regards to in-service programs, workshops, and seminars to customers.
  • Maintain S&N dedication to educational support to drive sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor products and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Science-related fields.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent qualifications desirable.
  • Proven experience in the medical field/theatre setting.
  • Proven experience in wound care or related clinical disciplines.
