About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Behavioural Specialist to join our team at Humanity Health Group.

As a Clinical Behavioural Specialist, you will work closely with our customers and NDIS participants, providing education and support to help them achieve their goals.

  • Develop and implement individualized education and support plans to meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and provide timely, high-quality reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, billing, and invoicing.
About You

We are looking for a compassionate, flexible, and skilled professional with:

  • An approved Psychology degree.
  • General/Provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA.
  • Behaviour Support Practitioner registration or eligibility to become registered.
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability.
  • A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients.
