The role of a Web Specialist involves overseeing the online presence of an organization, encompassing website design and development, content updates, SEO optimization, performance monitoring, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, performance, and ongoing improvements across websites
  • Designing and delivering digital projects, including campaigns and third-party integrations
  • Creating user-centric design and functionality across digital platforms (CMS, intranet, apps, etc.)
  • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and performance to recommend enhancements
  • Maintaining knowledge of digital trends and best practices to uphold an innovative web presence
  • Developing and maintaining SEO strategies and web standards
  • Providing strategic digital advice and support

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design or Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in website management or digital content roles
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
