Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Software Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in designing and developing scalable web applications using TypeScript, React & MobX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leads, product managers, and engineers, to build highly performant web pages.
  • Advocate for best practices in software development, facilitating knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Communicate technical needs to non-technical team members, introducing new tooling to enhance the developer experience.
  • Model initiative and ownership in achieving goals, improving processes, and solutions while demonstrating pragmatic excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Commercial experience in software development environments, building, testing, and monitoring scalable systems.
  • Firm understanding of web front-end tooling such as Webpack and Node.js.
  • Experience in optimizing web page performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Firm understanding of server-side rendering technologies and patterns.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members.
  • Passion for testing and ensuring software quality that meets high standards.
