**Job Title:** Business Support Officer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the division, monitoring and assisting with human resource management, and supporting business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the division
  • Monitor and assist with human resource management functions
  • Support business operations including contract management, recruitment processes, new staff onboarding, system access requests, medical timesheet management, payroll enquiries, and audits of payroll data
  • Maintain systems and processes to streamline and efficiency timely processes and workload within the division

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a small team environment and resolve conflict effectively
  • Ability to recognize and discreetly deal with confidential matters, demonstrating integrity
  • Proven experience in a similar role, highlighting sound organizational skills and the ability to prioritize varying and conflicting workloads
