We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Breast Cancer Portfolio Manager - Strategic Partnership at Lilly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to accelerate the launch of our breast cancer portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with key thought leaders and advocacy groups across the region, driving commercial success and delivering innovative solutions that create value for healthcare professionals and enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, PRA, and medical teams to align strategies and actions, serving as a bridge between functions to optimize data delivery to customers.
  • Thought leader engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key thought leaders to advance oncology care for patients with breast cancer, working closely with medical teams to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination.
  • Maximizing reuse of central developed materials: Seek commonalities and opportunities for synergy across the hub to reduce volume of work and maximize efficiencies, utilizing ready-made tactics and solutions from global and international teams.
  • Execution excellence: Contribute to the development and execution of the customer plan/operational plan, creating positive customer experiences and establishing a culture of measurement, learning, and adjustment.

The ideal candidate will possess a winning mindset, strong engagement and teamwork capabilities, thought leadership management skills, leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, accountability, and a proactive approach to actions. A solid compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job are also essential.

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel within Australia and some travel in New Zealand if required. The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
