Rust Engineering Lead

Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to drive the adoption of Rust in our products and projects.

  • Design, implement, and maintain well-tested and well-documented software in Rust.
  • Act as a key advocate for Rust adoption within our organization and with upstream projects.
  • Identify opportunities for Rust adoption in existing codebases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve engineering processes.

To be successful:

  • You have an excellent academic record from both high school and university.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience through alternative means.
  • For senior roles, you should have experience developing, deploying, and operating distributed systems and APIs.
  • Showcase your ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
