As a Human Resources Case Lead, you will be responsible for qualifying case referrals, preparing case briefs and documentation, and providing expert advice to our Field Consultants across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review Advice cases and prepare client-specific, tailored documents for Face-to-Face meetings
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the booking team and act as a first point of escalation
  • Review and qualify Face-to-Face referrals to ensure sufficient information and scope of service, and allocate for actioning
  • Provide ad-hoc advice via phone or email to clients or Consultants prior to scheduled meetings
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act, and other related legislation
  • Prior exposure to sensitive Employment Relations matters, such as grievances, disciplinaries, and redundancies, with solid knowledge of general awards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally
  • Formal qualifications in HR/IR or Law are highly regarded, but we also encourage those with relevant working experience to apply
