The Role of a Clinical Education Manager:

This position involves providing clinical support and supervision for services across multiple locations. The successful candidate will manage the education framework within residential care and NDIS, ensuring staff have the required education and ongoing development support to deliver high-quality care.

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing and/or relevant experience
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Extensive experience in assessing clinical needs and development
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have directly contributed to the development of education frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate areas of mandatory education and training required in response to identified incidents, feedback and/or sector developments
  • Lead and develop the quality of educational content and training solutions in collaboration with key stakeholder groups
  • Review and update role competencies, standards and completion for clinical and direct staff
  • Monthly reporting to leadership teams
  • Oversee and monitor annual education calendars and L&D programs
