This position involves working in the Renal Ambulatory Care department where you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning, implementing, assessing and evaluating patient care.
The key responsibilities of this role include collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also be expected to advocate for patients' unique needs, particularly those from culturally diverse backgrounds and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Additionally, you will contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the renal ambulatory services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing as a registered nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- A commitment to delivering person-centred care.
