Garden Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our garden maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of skilled staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement schedules and task prioritisation strategies to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
  • Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the team's horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, addressing concerns, and providing updates on maintenance activities.

About You
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid drivers' license.
