Industrial Sewing Machinist Job Description
About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to be an integral part of our manufacturing process.


Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch and assemble fabric components with precision and speed.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate stitching and assembly.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Inspect finished products for quality standards and identify any defects or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and understanding technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or machinery.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting.
