About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Manager to oversee the delivery of a reliable, effective, and secure ICT service that supports our organisation's strategies and mission. This full-time role is based at our Central Office in Richmond and offers competitive remuneration, salary packaging benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day ICT systems operations and multiple vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and dependency management.
  • Oversee the service, network, and cloud providers, integrating and coordinating them to provide a secure, effective, and reliable IT service.
  • Develop and contribute to an enterprise view of the organisation's data to support informed decision-making.
  • Prioritise and manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines, clearly communicating milestones and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to staff at all levels of the organisation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or significant relevant experience in the field.
  • Minimum five years' IT operations management experience, with a proven track record in ICT project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
