About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Manager to join our team. This critical role will oversee the delivery of a reliable, effective, and secure ICT service that supports our organisation's strategies and mission. As ICT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ICT systems, ensuring seamless integration and coordination with our service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of ICT services, including network and cloud infrastructure, to ensure high availability and security.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide ICT strategies, aligning with our organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Lead ICT projects, prioritising and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders to meet agreed timelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ICT vendors and service providers.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or significant relevant experience.
  • Minimum five years' experience in IT operations management, with a proven track record in ICT project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines.
