Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Management System (BMS) professional to join our team.

This role involves commissioning, servicing and engineering various installations to deliver high-quality systems that meet customer specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide service, preventative maintenance, and commissioning of BMS/DDC control systems.
  • Offer software configuration, testing, calibration, and maintenance diagnosis, repair, and basic programming services.
  • Ensure site-specific tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective job execution.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues, installers, and service agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of field data and documents.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in building management systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/BMS systems is also necessary.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A passion for delivering quality service to customers is vital.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
